Buffalo man sentenced for fatal Fourth of July shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was sentenced on Wednesday to a determinate sentence of 25 years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision for killing a man on the Fourth of July in 2023, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced.

At 5 p.m., 28-year-old Lamarrio Clark shot the victim, 28-year-old Corbin Kinsey, with an illegal handgun on the first block of Warring Avenue near Genesee Street in Buffalo.
