TAMPA, Fla. – Two people are dead following a shooting incident reported this morning in Tampa, according to the Tampa Police Department.
Shortly after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, officers responded to the 8500 block of El Portal Drive after receiving a report of two individuals having been shot.
