Evansville man guilty of causing permanent brain damage to baby to be sentenced

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – On Friday, an Evansville father found guilty of neglect will be sentenced.

As we’ve previously reported, a jury found 51-year-old Tremain Cabell guilty of Neglect Causing Serious Injury, and Domestic Battery back in August.

Police say Cabell’s baby was taken to the hospital at three weeks old with a traumatic brain injury, which resulted in a feeding tube and constant care…
