Lord Hate will be making his return to Callaway Court in Murfreesboro beginning Friday, Oct. 17.
The Harvest Haunted Hike – a Halloween-themed maze and trail through the woods — began as a way to draw more trick-or-treaters to Old South Estates, then became a fundraiser for a local family. Though admission to the attraction is free, donations are appreciated.
“It was just something to try to get a little bit of money raised and to try to get trick-or-treaters there,” attraction co-founder Chad Kress said. “My whole family has been into Halloween and haunted houses all of our lives. My dad worked in them when he was younger and it’s just kind of something to keep his memory going as well.”…
