Pizza empire: Brobst completes arc as J-Cups owner

When Erika Brobst was working at J-Cups Pizza in 2011, she didn’t anticipate she’d become the owner one day.

While working at J-Cups, the now owner was in school studying criminal justice, but realized that wasn’t the path she wanted to follow anymore.

“I don’t want to say it wasn’t in my bingo card, but it really wasn’t,” Brobst said. “I went through the whole college thing, got the degree, went to the academy … I was doing all this big girl stuff.”…
