Potter County Sheriff’s Deputies charged Inmate Jacob William Armstrong, age 29 with Collision Involving Damage To A Vehicle Equaling $200. Deputies arrested 21-year-old Adrian Antonio Arriazola Wednesday at 9am in the area of Northeast 11th & Fillmore for Reckless Driving. Wednesday at 12:20pm, Deputies arrested Winston Wendell Bares, age 38 in the 6000 block of I-40-West for Assault Causing Bodily Injury To A Family Member. 39-year-old Jay Casillas was arrested Wednesday at 5:45pm in the 300 block of South Independence for Unlawful Restraint, Continuous Violence Against A Family Member, Violation of A Bond or Protective Order, Interference with an Emergency Request for Assistance. Potter County Inmate Sarah Leah Lynn Teakell, age 56 was charged Wednesday with Theft of Property between $100 and $750.
