BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Francisco Garcia, sentenced this week for two gang-related shootings, isn’t heading to prison just yet.
The 22-year-old still has a case pending in connection with his escape from custody last month.
Both Garcia and his girlfriend, Elektra Espinoza, had a preliminary hearing postponed Friday to Dec. 18.
