Judge dismisses King Center Charter School lawsuit over fired principal, administrators

A judge has dismissed the King Center Charter School lawsuit, finding that the former administrators need to go through the SUNY appeals process before they can sue.

The lawsuit stems from longtime school principal Antoinette Radford, along with several other members of the administration, being informed that their contracts would not be renewed. They believe the decision to terminate them in June was in retaliation.
