EVANSVILLE, Ind. — An Evansville man is behind bars after police say they witnessed him pointing a bow and arrow at another man Wednesday evening.
According to a public police report from the Evansville Police Department, around 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 1, officers were in the area of North Heidelbach Avenue and East Louisiana Street and were heading on a run on West Columbia Street when they reportedly heard yelling and saw a man pointing a bow and arrow at another man.
Police say the victim was actively walking away from the suspect, but the suspect continued to draw the arrow back and appeared as though he was getting ready to release it…
