NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. (WHP) — The widow of the motorcyclist hit and killed by a driver in Lemoyne is sharing memories of her late husband.
Mary Bowers said her husband Bob Rustay Sr. had only been about six minutes down the road from their home in New Cumberland when his life was ruthlessly taken and her life was changed forever.
