HOLT, Mich. (WILX) – Consumers Energy will be performing a major upgrade to a substation in Holt next week, temporarily affecting electric service for nearly 4,000 customers.
The project is part of the company’s Reliability Roadmap, an initiative aimed at reducing the risk of future power outages in the region.
