Long Beach Transit (LBT) is testing out a new way for riders to report safety concerns with the launch of a one-year pilot program using a mobile app. The See Say App lets transit riders quickly and discreetly alert LBT to potential security issues, helping the agency maintain safety on its buses.
The app is designed to be simple and user-friendly. To use the app, riders can:
- Download the See Say App at GetSeeSay.com.
- Select Long Beach Transit as their agency.
- Submit a report, including a message, photo or video, while choosing to remain anonymous if desired.
