Rochester police arrest 8 after increasing patrols near former Kodak Hawkeye facility

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Rochester police have stepped up their presence near the former Kodak Hawkeye facility on Saint Paul Street, arresting eight people since September.

The arrests were made for crimes including burglary, larceny, resisting arrest and several others. RPD was out at the building Friday to arrest an Ontario County man accused of trespassing.

The city says they have been in contact with the building’s owners, Phoenix Investors, but can’t share details about those conversations without the owner’s permission. There are three people listed as a point of contact for the property on the owner’s website, but none answered calls this afternoon about their long-term plans for the building…
