KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Students at Winnetonka High School will be dressed to impress for Saturday’s homecoming dance, thanks to the help of the Kansas City Current.
On Thursday, Oct. 2, North Kansas City Schools says the Kansas City Current and Nuuly, a clothing rental service, helped students headed to homecoming dress to impress.
The two organizations partnered to host a boutique event where nearly 80 designer dresses were completely free for students at Winnetonka High School.
District leaders indicated that the event helped melt away the stress and financial burden of finding the perfect dress for Saturday’s homecoming dance…
