MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison police officers arrested two people early Friday morning as authorities were investigating a disturbance on the city’s east side.
According to the Madison Police Department, officers responded just before 2:15 a.m. to a parking lot in the 2400 block of Independence Lane.
