FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The suspect sought in connection with a shooting just inside a Fluvanna County subdivision in September has been found and is now cooperating with authorities, who emphasize that this was not a random act.
According to the Fluvanna County Sheriff’s office, Shirley Brown of Palmyra, who had been wanted in connection with the Sept. 15 incident at the Lake Monticello subdivision, is now cooperating with investigators.
