The Christian County Grand Jury returned various indictments on Friday.
Rebecca Weaver, 48, of Erin, Tennessee, was indicted on charges of second-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol – with aggravator, and theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
