Chief Administrative Officer Karen Bowling stepped down from the post she’s held since she joined Mayor Donna Deegan’s administration in the biggest departure from the team Deegan assembled when she took office in July 2023.
Bowling gave written notice of her resignation in an Oct. 1 text message to Deegan.
