Police investigate threat at Kentucky’s Cabinet for Health and Family Services building

FRANKFORT, Ky. (FOX 56) — Police in Frankfort responded to a threat on Friday at Kentucky’s Cabinet for Health and Family Services Building.

Kentucky State Police said troopers from Post 12 were able to determine the threat was not substantiated.
