PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Interested in adopting a Great Dane or just helping out a good cause? On Oct. 4, you can do just that at the 9th Annual Danetoberfest in Pensacola.

In Seville Square from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., you can expect “nose boops, surprise slobber bombs,” as well as meeting Great Danes that are up for adoption.
The event is being put on by the Northwest Florida Great Dane Rescue, which is their biggest adoption and fundraising event of the year.
Money raised at the event goes towards veterinary care, medical supplies, food, and other essentials for the rescue, according to the release…
