Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — When it comes to the recent payroll delays in the Rochester City School District, teacher Jason Valenti wants his point to be right on the money.
“This is something we have never seen,” said Valenti. “I started the district in 2001, and this is the greatest error I have seen the city school district do.”
