SARASOTA — Just days before its grand opening to the public, Mote Marine Laboratory celebrated its new Sarasota aquarium with close friends and staff on Friday.
The Mote Science Education Aquarium, nicknamed Mote SEA, marks a “rebirth” in the research organization, according to a news release.
