From Sheridan to Milton-Freewater, Violet Vines traverses Oregon for its wines

Two years ago, I received a wine sample in the mail that included a small ultraviolet light attached to a keychain. I could not figure out why it was in the box.

Then I saw the wine’s label, which read “Ultra Violet.” I pointed the little light’s ultraviolet beam at the bottle, and the front label lit up like a pinball machine. The wine was excellent, and that keychain remains on my office desk to this day.
