Construction has begun on an east-to-west Sherwood roadway that will link Southwest Oregon Street to Southwest 124th Avenue, a move that could relieve some congestion along the often-jammed Tualatin-Sherwood Road.
In March, the city of Sherwood selected Canby Excavating to complete work on Ice Age Drive, a 1.8-mile future road.
