Former resident alleges hazardous conditions at El Paso apartments

EL PASO, Texas – (KFOX14/CBS4) — A former resident of Dos Santos Apartments in East El Paso is speaking out about alleged hazardous living conditions that he claims led to an injury.

Salvador Hernandez-Gomez, a disabled veteran and single father, said he filed over 20 maintenance requests since moving into the complex.

On Sept. 9, Hernandez-Gomez reported that a section of the apartment ceiling collapsed on him, resulting in a concussion.
