In a recent incident in El Paso, Texas, a driver found themselves in custody after an attempt to make an undesignated U-turn at a railroad crossing led to their vehicle being struck by a train. On the late evening of Wednesday, October 1, El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at the 18600 block of Alameda Avenue. There, they discovered a black Chevrolet Suburban, which had been hit by a train, fortunately unoccupied at the time of the deputies’ arrival.
