LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Animal Services (LAS) has released their metrics for the week of September 26th through October 2nd.
LAS reported a total of 959 calls, with 812 calls to the front desk and 147 calls to the field service line. Only 48 aggressive animal calls and 22 animal welfare calls. There were 77 total adoptions, with 60 dogs and 17 cats being adopted for the week. There were 220 intakes, with the current population at 245 total dogs.
