MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Dozens of families and advocates gathered at Brittingham Park Saturday for the second annual “On Jackie’s Wings We Rise Up” — an event honoring the life of Jackie Kadinger and raising awareness about domestic violence.
Kadinger was killed in a domestic violence incident in 2022. Her parents, Brenda and Mike Frasser, launched On Jackie’s Wings to honor her memory and help others find safety.
“Jackie was a free spirit. She was very caring for others, very loving, very enthusiastic,” her father, Mike Frasser, said. “When she walked in the room, you knew she was there.”…
