Downtown Durham roads to become ‘paved parks’ for Open Streets event

DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A 1.2-mile stretch of downtown Durham will be closed to vehicular traffic, but open to pedestrians on Sunday afternoon.

Bike Durham is co-hosting the Move-A-Bull City Open Streets on October 5 from noon to 4 p.m. throughout a portion of Blackwell, Corcoran, and Foster streets.
