ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The town of Irondequoit recently announced a new code that regulates the existence of short-term rentals, expanding on fees and taxation.
The announcement of the new regulations and permit application aims to ease the housing crisis and empower communities to “develop strategies to expand stable housing options, increase affordability, and unlock untapped revenue.”
