Vehicle fire extends to Green Bay home, causes $26,000 in estimated damages

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – On Saturday, crews worked quickly to put out a fire that began with a vehicle and spread to a nearby home in Green Bay.

According to the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, crews were called to the 700 block of South Taylor Street around 2:35 p.m. on October 4 for reports of a spreading vehicle fire in the driveway of a multi-family home.

A swift and coordinated response brought the fire under control within seven minutes. No injuries were reported, and all of the home’s residents had safely evacuated.
