NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) Supt. Anne Kirkpatrick said she expects the Louisiana National Guard to come to New Orleans, but the details are still unclear.
“A couple of questions I want to know is how many troops will be coming here, when, how long, and what is their assignment from their perspective?” she said.
