Clark County sees alarming rise in student pedestrian accidents this school year

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — More than 70 children have been reported being hit going to or from school during this academic year, according to Clark County School District Police.

The latest student struck was a 12-year-old boy on Friday on North 21st Street and East Owens Avenue, in an active school zone.
