BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Rocky River man, 52, was arrested Sept. 20 after he threatened another driver and slammed his car into the other driver’s pickup truck.
The victim, a 59-year-old North Olmsted resident, said it happened at about 1:30 p.m. He was stopped at a red light on Ohio 237 northbound at Eastland Road when he exchanged words with the man. The man threatened to kill the victim
