October’s Harvest Moon the first of three supermoons to close out 2025

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — It’s time to get your Neil Young records back in the rotation, because this year’s harvest moon rises Monday.

While temperatures haven’t felt too much like fall, this full moon helps to get us in the spirit each and every year.

The full moon will technically occur on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025 at 11:47 p.m., but it will still appear full to the naked eye Sunday and Tuesday nights as well.
