Unusually warm fall temperatures will persist into the weekend across Michigan, Oct. 4-5, with only slight chances of rain in the forecast.
“Unseasonably warm air will be with us through the weekend, and as breezes gradually increase, fire danger will also gradually be on the rise,” the National Weather Service in Gaylord said on X on Oct. 3.
