Victim stabbed during ‘large fight’ at Peninsula nightspot

A person was stabbed during a “large fight” in Half Moon Bay early Sunday, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived at Old Princeton Landing, a local restaurant and live music venue, shortly after midnight after receiving reports of a fight. While responding, they found the 29-year-old victim, who was admitted to a hospital and in stable condition as of late Sunday morning, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies conducted what they called an “extensive canvass” of the surrounding area, but couldn’t find the assailant. They did, however, find the knife used in the stabbing, and their  investigation is ongoing…
