WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Sunday was the last day of the Wilmington Riverfest Festival, and officials say they’re pleased with the turnout.
Beginning in 1979, the festival was first created to revitalize the community. Flash forward 40 years, and they’re doing the same.
