PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Drivers using Elizabeth River Crossings facilities should plan for multiple lane and tunnel closures this week, starting Friday, Oct. 3.
The Downtown Tunnel westbound will be closed completely on Sunday, Oct. 5, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Monday.
The Midtown Tunnel will see alternating lane closures in the westbound direction Monday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., and in the eastbound direction Tuesday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m…
