Arch Manning, Parker Livingstone injury update: Steve Sarkisian reveals new ailment for star QB

Coming out of Saturday’s loss to Florida, there are a couple of injuries for Texas to deal with moving forward. One is quarterback Arch Manning, who Steve Sarkisian revealed is dealing with a shoulder issue. Not enough to take him off the field but at one point, Manning did enter the medical tent.

“Kind of got a stinger on his shoulder,” Sarkisian said of Manning via On3 | Rivals’ Inside Texas. “That’s why he went to the tent and came back out. He did take some hits. I thought Arch competed today. He battled his butt off.”

The second is wide receiver Parker Livingstone, who limped off the field in the first half after connecting with Manning on a big play. X-rays were negative on the second-year wide receiver, being a positive for the Longhorns. Sarkisian does not believe anything serious will come out of the lower-leg injury…
