CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Corpus Christi Police Department are investigating a deadly wrong-way crash that happened late Saturday night on Padre Island.
According to investigators, the collision occurred just after 11 p.m. on the 15100 block of Park Road 22 near Whitecap Boulevard on Saturday night. CCPD said one driver was going the wrong way, driving west in the eastbound lane, when they crashed head-on into another vehicle.
The wrong-way driver later died from their injuries…
