MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — It’s all about the ink in downtown Milwaukee this weekend. The Milwaukee Tattoo Arts Festival is taking over the Baird Center.
Now in its 15th year, the convention hall is buzzing with the sound of tattoo guns and the sight of artists celebrating their craft.
Some of the artists traveled from across the country to be here, saying the festival isn’t just about showing off their work – it’s about meeting new clients and connecting with Milwaukee’s tattoo community…
