Rain and cooler temps with a strong cold front

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A strong cold front will bring rain back to Kansas for the next few days, along with much cooler temperatures.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop this evening across southwest and central Kansas. A few marginally severe storms cannot be ruled out, but the overall threat of severe weather will remain low.

Showers and storms will move east overnight into early Monday. Isolated showers and storms will be possible throughout the day across the state, but given the spotty nature of the rain, it will not rain all day long…
