The restaurant originally opened in April of 2025. And now local reports, including that from the Wichita Eagle, confirm that Abode Bar & Bistro has officially closed.
Located at 837 N. Andover Road, Abode Bar & Bistro aimed to bring something different to the city of Andover when it took over the former Rusted Rooster space.
The space is split into two areas, one that’s more casual with the bar and an outdoor patio for something laid back.
No reason was provided for the closure, but it appears a different concept could be taking over soon. So stay tuned…
