WATERVLIET — Don’t expect a problem cruising through Watervliet at 30 mph.
It’s among half of all Capital Region cities that haven’t dropped — or voted to drop in the near future — their local speed limit to 25 mph, as allowed under a law signed by Gov. Kathy Hochul in 2022.
