MILLS RIVER, N.C. (WLOS) — Mills River Fire and Rescue continues to work around the clock to prevent the spread of a mulch fire in the area of Boylston Highway and Old Haywood Road.
On Saturday, Oct. 4, a post was made to the Mills River Fire and Rescue Facebook page informing residents that crews were working to contain a large fire at a local mulch facility in the area of Boylston Highway and Old Haywood Road.
