CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 20-year-old man was rushed to a local hospital after being shot while inside a stolen car in Ohio City late Sunday evening.
The victim was shot in the area of W. 30th Street and Monroe Avenue around 11:30 p.m.
