HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – In hours’ time, food booths will open followed by the rides and games as the 104th edition of the Fall Festival kicks off along West Franklin Street.
Everything is in place as the week will feature talent competitions and free entertainment. Plus, a Night 1 tradition continues with the lighthouse parade at 7 p.m.
