Here we go again. The time of year in Michigan when you can mow your lawn in the morning and shovel the driveway that same night. According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac, it looks like snow could make its grand (and thoroughly unwanted) entrance across Lansing and Jackson sometime around mid-November 2025.

Almanac’s Snow Window: Nov 10–26

The Old Farmer’s Almanac — that mystical blend of science, sorcery, and bathroom reading — is calling for “periods of snow” between November 10th and 26th. The average predicted temperature? Around 41 degrees. And with slightly below-average precipitation projected, we might get less snow, but let’s be honest: Michigan never reads the forecast before it acts.
