GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — 39 year-old Christopher Mundell of Athol was sentenced in Franklin County Superior Court to state prison Friday.
Mundell was found guilty in an August trial of crimes related to kidnapping, assault with intent to commit rape, assault and battery, and various related charges.
